Monin Syrup Recipes
Classic Mojito
Serving Size 14-16 oz.
Ingredients
8 ea. mint leaves
3 ea. lime wedges
14 oz. glass of ice
11/2 oz. citrus flavored rum
1 oz. Monin Mojito Mix
Fill Glass lemon-lime soda
Garnish
Mint Sprig
Lime
Preparation
1. In a 14-16 oz. glass, muddle fresh mint and limes.
2. Add ice, citrus rum and Monin Flavoring.
3. Cap and shake for 10 seconds.
4. Add any needed ice and fill with lemon-lime soda.
5. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
Easy Martini
Yield 5 oz.
Glass Size 5 oz.

Ingredients
Ice
1 1/2 oz. Premium Vodka
1/2-1 oz. Monin Fruit Flavoring *
1 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix / Cranberry Juice / Fresh Lemon Juice / Lime Juice
Suggested Garnishes
Lemon, lime, orange, cherry, sugared rimmers or berries.
Preparation
* Pour ice water into martini glass and set aside.
* Fill mixing glass 1/2 full of ice.
* Add cocktail ingredients and cover with mixing tin.
* Shake vigorously until cold.
* Empty ice water from martini glass and shake dry.
* Strain cocktail into chilled glass.
* Garnish.
Martini Tips
Any Monin Fruit Flavoring will make a great martini. Use your favorite!
Try experimenting with different juices.
The better the ingredients, the better your drink will taste.
Shake your martini for 15 seconds, so that the syrup chills and dilutes to the consistency of a juice. This will ensure a delicious and well balanced, not-too-sweet, cocktail.
Easy Margarita
Yield 7 oz.
Glass Size 8 oz.

Ingredients
Ice
1 1/2 oz. Premium Tequila
1 oz. Monin Fruit Flavoring*
4 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix
Preparation
1. Chill margarita glass with ice water and set aside.
2. Fill mixing glass 1/2 full of ice.
3. Add cocktail ingredients and cover with mixing tin.
4. Shake drink vigorously until cold.
5. Empty ice water from margarita glass and shake dry.
6. Strain cocktail into chilled glass and garnish.

Margarita Tips
Reposado Tequilas are recommended with most of the flavors.
If making a frozen margarita, you will need to double the amount of Monin Fruit Flavoring due to the “ice dilution”.
Easy Daiquiri
Yield 16 oz.

1 1/2 oz. Premium Citrus Rum
1 1/2 oz. Monin Fruit Flavoring*
1/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
3 oz. Sour Mix
2 Cups Ice
Preparation
1. Pour ingredients into blender.
2. Blend for 25-30 seconds.
3. Pour into daiquiri glass.
4. Garnish with lime and/or any other appropriate fruit.
Daiquiri Tips
* Any Monin Fruit Flavoring will make a great daiquiri. Use your favorite!
* For a non-alcoholic daiquiri, omit rum and garnish with whipped cream.
Easy Sangria
Yield 16 oz.
Glass Size 16 oz.

Prep Time 2 min.
Ingredients
Ice
4 oz. light to medium bodied wine
1 oz. Monin Red Sangria Mix*
1/2 oz. Brandy
2 oz. Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
Preparation
1. Fill glass with ice.
2. Pour ingredients into mixing tin.
3. Flash-mix for a 2 count, or shake with ice.
4. Garnish with fresh fruit.
Sangria Tips
Customize to your liking by changing the wine, liquor, juice, Monin Sangria Mix or fruit.
