OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Contest begins on February 10th, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern time and ends on March 9th, 2012 at 11:59 a.m. Eastern time.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes only open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who had Internet access prior to October 25, 2011. Employees and contractors of CCB and members of employees immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings and children and their spouses, or any other household member), their affiliates or subsidiaries, and any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of this promotion are not eligible. Entries not meeting all of the requirements stated herein will be disqualified and ineligible. All federal, provincial and local rules and regulations apply.

3. ENTRIES.
Internet entry only. Become a fan of Cultured Coffee Bean on Facebook if you have not already (requires agreement to Facebook terms of use). Go to facebook.com/culturedcoffeebean and click the “like” button at the top of the page. Sweepstakes begins on February 10th, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern time and ends on March 9th, 2012 at 11:59 a.m. Eastern time. One entry per person. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by CCB. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like means to enter the contest will void all entries affected by such methods. CCB and their agencies are not responsible for unauthorized human intervention, phone, technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures, malfunctions or disconnects of any kind, or misdirected, illegible, incomplete, stolen, garbled, fragmented or delayed internet/e-mail computer transmissions or network/ISP/website internet accessibility; or for inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete capture of entry information.

4. PRIZE. A total of one (5) prizes will be awarded for this contest. (1) winner will be selected, from among all eligible entries received, in random drawings on each of the following days: February 10th, February 17th, February 24th, March 2nd and March 9th. Prize is a My Invento Single Cup Coffee Brewer plus 16 coffee pods, no substitutions allowed and no cash value may be exchanged for prize. The winner of each contest will have up to 180 days of notification of prize offering to claim their prize or prize offering will be canceled. The winner must be located in any of Canada’s Provinces and CCB will at its expense ship the prize only to a provincial address. Odds of being selected as the winner are determined by the number of eligible entries received. No cash or other substitution may be made.

5. GENERAL: Winners will be notified by phone, e-mail, Facebook and/or certified mail. Winners consent to the use of their names, voice and/or likenesses by CCB for advertising purposes without additional compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law. CCB is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail or illegible information. All entries become the property of CCB and will not be returned. The Winner will be responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes not included above. The Winner will be responsible for all retail sales taxes that may result from the redemption of prize CCB points on taxable merchandise. By entering, participants and the winner agree to be bound by the Official Rules and release CCB and their partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, agents, employees, advertising agencies, Facebook, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Contest from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the Contest and/or use of the prize, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, damage or loss. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
