To brew a great pot of coffee in your home coffee brewer we recommend you use six tablespoons of moderately fine to finely ground coffee. To brew less than a full pot, we recommend one heaping tablespoon of ground coffee for every two cups (8oz) of fresh cold water.Cultured Coffee Bean packages its coffee beans in a special resealable metallic bag fitted with a one-way valve. Expelling CO2 gas from the beans will force 99% of the oxygen in the bag to the outside. The beans will remain ‘just roasted’ fresh in the bag for weeks until the bag is opened. Once opened, store your coffee in a cool, dry location away from direct light to maintain freshness.
