Question: Where do you ship your product from and how long can I expect to wait for my coffee order to arrive?
Answer: Our warehouse is located in the Metropolitan Toronto area. Orders are processed within 24 hours of being received. We ship via Canada Post Expedited mail service. Ship times are as follows: Ontario & Quebec: 1 to 4 business days Western Canada: 4 to 7 business days Easter Canada: 3 to 6 business days Online parcel tracking numbers are automatically sent to all customers when order is shipped.
Question: What will I be charged for shipping and how do I get FREE Shipping?
Answer: Shipping rates range from a minimum of $7.95 to $12.95 depending on the customers location and the weight of their order. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES are fully disclosed during the check out process giving the customer the opportunity to cancel their order should a shipping charge not be acceptable to them.We offer FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in Canada’s 10 provinces* for all orders of $69.00 or more….plain & simple! We ship to mainland USA via Fedex. Federal ID number for a business address or a Social Security Number for an individual’s address is required to only be filed with the US Food and Drug Administration. New US customers may supply this information in the comments section during check out.
*Shipments to the Northwest Territories and Yukon are subject to additional charges. Customers in these regions should request quote on shipping prior to placing order.
